Each print is produced to order by a specialist fine-art print lab.

Cancellations and returns

Where a statutory right to cancel applies, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. Returned items must be kept in good condition and should, where reasonably possible, be returned in their original protective packaging.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method in accordance with your statutory rights.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact info@dommorralee.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
