These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through dommorralee.com. By placing an order through this website, you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell fine-art photographic prints, available in the sizes and framing options shown on each product page.

Every effort is made to display photographs, colours, materials and framing as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of an image may vary slightly depending on your screen or device. Minor variations may also occur as part of the printing and framing process.

Orders

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the selected product at the price displayed at checkout.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example where a product cannot be fulfilled, an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred, or payment has not been successfully authorised. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, the amount paid will be refunded.

Please check your order details, including the selected size, framing option and delivery address, carefully before completing your purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete your order.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Production and fulfilment

Prints are produced to order by a specialist fine-art print lab. Production begins following acceptance and processing of your order.

Delivery

Delivery availability, charges and other information are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Complimentary standard delivery is currently provided on UK orders. International delivery is not currently available.

As products are made to order, production takes place before dispatch. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel an order, return a product or receive a refund are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

Products supplied must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as required by applicable consumer law.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact info@dommorralee.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs showing the issue so that we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all photographs, images, text and other creative material displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Dom Morralee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a photographic print gives you ownership of the physical print only. It does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property rights in the photograph.

Images and other website content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, sold, commercially exploited or otherwise used without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject always to your statutory rights.

Website availability

We may update, change or temporarily withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase will be those in effect when your order is placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you will also retain any mandatory protections available to you under the laws applicable where you live.
